Designed to convert gigabit (1000BASE-SX/LX) fiber to gigabit (1000Base-T) copper media or vice versa. It transmits and receives data at 850 nm over multimode fiber and 1310 nm over single mode fiber. The various features of this module allow you to use it also as a standalone device (chassis is not required) or with TP-LINK's 19 in system chassis, auto MDI/MDI-X for TX port and LED indicators on the front panel. Transmits over extended fiber optic distances using multimode fiber up to 0.55 kilometers and single mode fiber up to 10 kilometers. 2-year limited warranty.
