  1. Free Local Delivery for Orders Over $99:

    • We are pleased to offer free local delivery for orders over $99. 
    • This offer is valid within the town limits of Houston, Burns Lake, and Smithers.
    • Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes. We deliver goods to physical addresses only.
    • When your order total exceeds $99, the free delivery option will automatically be applied at checkout.
    • Please see our Delivery Schedule for more information on deliveries. 

  2. Flat Delivery Fee for Orders Under $99:

    • For orders under $99, a flat delivery fee of $9.99 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and delivering your order

  3. Invoice and Order Confirmation:

    • Upon preparing your order for delivery or pick-up, we will send you a final invoice.

  4. Special Considerations for Furniture and Larger Items:

    • Please note that furniture and larger items may incur additional freight charges.
    • We will provide a quote for these additional charges and seek your approval before confirming your order. This ensures transparency and your satisfaction with the overall cost before proceeding.
