Return and Refund Policy
If you need to return a product, please email info@countrywidepas. Our team will assist in arranging the return of the item. To be eligible for a full credit, items must be returned within 30 days in their original, undamaged packaging. Claims for incorrect items, damged products, or short shipments must be made within 7 days.
Please note:
- All returns, exchanges, or refunds must include a receipt.
- The item must be in resellable condition, and if the packaging is altered or opened, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Certain items like headphones, software, laptops, and tablets may not be returnable once opened.
Credits are processed to your account once we receive the goods, typically within 48 hours. A restocking fee may be charged in some cases.
